Caps and impact parameters are set per market by the admin within hard bounds: leverage never above 100, baseRate never above 20 %. See Admin powers.
Retired markets
The admin can retire a market, permanently. Retiring freezes the newest book price; new opens revert, and existing positions close and liquidate against the frozen price without a new proof. A retired market cannot be reopened.
