This policy explains what the Paper100 website and app process when you use them, and why. Paper100 is a non-custodial interface to a program on Solana: you trade from your own wallet, and we never hold your funds or your keys.
Who we are
The site is run by the operators of Paper100 ("we"). You can reach us through our X account at x.com/paper100trade.
What we do not collect
- No account, no name, no email address, no phone number.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party trackers.
- No cookies.
What is processed
| Data | Where | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your wallet's public address | in your browser, and in requests sent to the RPC provider when the app reads your accounts | to show your balances, positions and claims, and to build your transactions |
| Transactions you sign | broadcast to Solana through the RPC provider | to carry out the instructions you sign; they are public and permanent |
| Your IP address and request details | our hosting provider's server logs, and the RPC provider when requests go through our proxy at /api/rpc | to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure |
| Price requests | our server, which asks RedStone's public gateway | to show live prices; RedStone sees our server, not you |
| Local storage entries | only in your browser | see the cookies policy |
On-chain data
Everything you do with the program (deposits, requests, positions, claims, paper, rewards) is recorded on Solana, a public ledger. Anyone can read it, and nobody, including us, can change or erase it.
Your wallet
Your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another) is software from another company, with its own privacy policy. We never see your recovery phrase or your private key.
GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or its UK and Swiss equivalents, gives you rights over the personal data we process about you.
Legal bases
- Legitimate interest in operating, securing and fixing the site: server logs and proxied requests.
- Performance of a contract: serving the interface you ask for and relaying the transactions you sign.
- Consent for optional storage in your browser, which you give or refuse in the consent banner and can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct data that is wrong.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use it.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting what was done before.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work.
How to exercise them
Write to us through our X account at x.com/paper100trade. We answer within one month. We hold almost nothing that identifies you, so we may ask you to show that you control a wallet address by signing a message with it.
Limits
We cannot erase or correct data recorded on Solana. Local storage lives only in your browser, and you delete it yourself (see the cookies policy).
Retention
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy, and are not combined with any other data. We keep no other records about you.
Transfers
Our hosting provider and RPC provider may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, these transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
Paper100 is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
We update this policy when what we process changes. The date on this page shows the last change.
