Leverage

At 100x a move of under 1 % against you closes the position and takes the whole margin. The bust buffer of 5 bps puts that point slightly closer than 1/leverage.

Example:
Liquidation and the bust buffer
The queue line

A win the house cannot pay yet is queued, not lost, and paid in order as new losses arrive. If losses stop arriving, a claim can wait a long time.

Example:
The house and the queue line
The oracle

Every fill uses RedStone's signed price at one grid point, checked against Pyth on chain. When Pyth is stale, the program refuses the trade instead of guessing.

The program

The admin can pause new opens, retire a market and tune caps within hard limits. It can never move your balance, the house's cash or anyone's paper.
